VERNATUBE exhaust tubing is filament wound with resin impregnated continuous rovings for optimum strength. Centek uses synergistic fillers with the newest fire retardant resins to give VERNATUBE fire ratings which exceed the requirements for "self-extinguishing" by ASTM-D 635 and UL 94V-0. The smooth resin rich ID allows minimal resistance to water and gas flow while the precise OD allows easy use of approved marine exhaust hose connections. VERNATUBE can be used with gasoline or diesel wet marine exhaust systems.
VERNATUBE products carry the UL approved label and are listed by Underwriter's Laboratories Marine Department under "Exhaust Equipment, Marine Exhaust System Components MM (33) R".
VERNATUBE should not be exposed to temperature exceeding 250°F.
